I would like to thank Coach Andrii for giving me the opportunity to train with him! I have always looked forward to his lessons, and would not be the same athlete I am today without his coaching. He is an extraordinary volleyball coach with an impressive international and professional background. What sets him apart is not just his technical expertise but his ability to connect with players on a personal level. He has a deep understanding of the game, developed through years of competing at the highest level, but he also knows how to adapt that knowledge to fit the needs of each individual athlete. I highly recommend training with Coach Andrii!!

Working with Andrii was a great opportunity. He expanded my defensive and serve knowledge. His humor is my favorite though, even when there’s no joke to make he finds a way. Thank you Coach Andrii for always believing in me and pushing me to become the best libero I can be. The profound fundamental skills that Coach Andrii gave me pushed me to lead my team to win GOLD at the 2022 BJNC Nationals U16, SILVER at the 2022 USA Volleyball All-Star Championship, and BRONZE at the 2023 AAU Boys Nationals U17 (out of 227 teams), in addition to receiving seven prestigious NTDP invites, and a commitment to further my dream of playing collegiate volleyball with Harvard University, a top D1 Ivy League men’s volleyball program.
I still remember the first time I met Coach Andrii. I left with teary-eyed after he showed how many different aspects of my game needed improvement. Throughout the season, Coach Andrii shared his vast volleyball knowledge and intensely worked with me on every facet of my game, from adjusting my platform in serve receive to making better defensive moves and chasing down balls I’d never thought I’d be able to get. All the while, he made me realize the fun in the game, and the atmosphere he created at every practice was always competitive and focused, yet lighthearted and cheerful. There was never a moment where I felt Coach Andrii gave less than his best, and I know he expected the best out of me. My only regret is not having met Coach Andrii earlier.
Without Coach Andrii, I undoubtedly would not have had the opportunity to pursue my volleyball career at such a high level, nor would I have been the player I am today. I am so blessed to receive his coaching at the highest level. It is such an honor and privilege for which I am forever grateful, especially at a time in my volleyball journey when I really needed it most. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much, Coach Andrii!

I can remember the first day very vividly; my daughter, Brooke Box, blocked almost every attack that came over the net! No hesitation, no fear, and all determination. I was up and down on those bleachers like I was in an aerobics class. Immediately upon Brooke coming over to me after the game, I asked her, "what in the world got into you?" Her response was everything you want to hear about a coach " mom, I just heard Andrey's voice in my head the whole time! I thought of nothing else but how he told me to move, open my eyes, don't guess and press!" Andrey is not only a wonderful coach, but he's an incredible motivator. He not only shows you how to do skill with perfect precision but WHYYY! Why you are doing what you are doing!!! His knowledge of the game and genuine approach is exactly what every player needs! Andrey was instrumental in elevating Brooke's game, and we will forever be his biggest fan! If you are anywhere in a 2-hour drive to this coach and looking for your player’s game to improve, make the drive, and spend the money, you will see what Brooke and I love about this man in mins!

I started taking lessons from Coach Andrii this spring so that I could be ready for college volleyball. I hope to switch positions from middle blocker to outside hitter in college. Coach Andrii has helped my transition by working with me on serve receive and attacking on the pin. Through my lessons, I have gained confidence and skills in these areas. Coach Andrii is patient, understanding, insightful, and a great coach to work with.
